PSM Welding is seeking a hands-on Workshop & Site Manager to lead our workshop and in office teams across NSW. You will drive project delivery, safety, quality and client satisfaction while managing labour, equipment and schedules.
You’ll work closely with the Director and General Manager to plan resources, oversee fabrication and installation, and foster a high-performance team culture focused on continuous improvement and measurable KPIs.
