About the Role As Care Manager,



you'll provide leadership across all aspects of clinical care by:

- Leading the day to day clinical operations of the home
- Managing and supporting Registered Nurses and care staff
- Overseeing care planning, assessments and clinical governance
- Driving compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements
- Leading quality improvement and accreditation activities
- Working closely with residents, families, allied health professionals and senior management
- Supporting workforce development through coaching, mentoring and performance management

About You To succeed in this role, you'll have:

- Bachelor of Nursing
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated leadership experience as a Care Manager, Clinical Manager or similar role within residential aged care
- Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, accreditation and clinical governance
- Exceptional leadership, communication and organisational skills
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
