Our dedicated Educators take pride in crafting exciting and innovative experiences that naturally captivate children's curiosity. The role will require standard tasks & responsibilities for a qualified Early Childhood Teacher, including: Educational Programming & Assessment:Plan, implement, and evaluate play-based learning programs in line with the

Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). This includes monitoring and documenting individual children's learning, development, and progress through portfolios and observations. Child Development & Care:Foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills.

This involves promoting language through stories/songs, developing motor skills, and encouraging curiosity.



Health & Safety:Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic environment by performing safety checks, ensuring equipment is protected, and promoting healthy personal hygiene habits. Family & Community Collaboration:Build strong, respectful partnerships with families, providing updates on children's development and well-being.

Leadership & Administration:Mentor and supervise staff, provide pedagogical leadership, and ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF). Routine Management:Guide children through daily routines such as meals, rest times, and toileting.

Qualification & experience Bachelor in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent approved by ACECQA) with NSW registration for a full-time ECT position. Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in an ECT role at an Early Childhood Education Centre.

Current and valid Working with children check (Employee). Current First Aid with CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificate or willingness to obtain Current Mandatory Reporting and Child Protection certificates or willingness to obtain Current Safe Sleep and Food Handling certificates or willingness to obtain Work experience in an Early Childhood setting Passionate about delivering exceeding early education and care
