We're seeking an experienced finance professional to join a high-performing team during a critical planning and forecasting period. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner or Senior Finance Analyst who enjoys variety, stakeholder engagement and solving complex financial challenges.

Working across multiple business portfolios, you'll provide hand-on support with budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, financial investigations and business-critical projects. This role suits someone who can quickly build relationships, adapt to changing priorities and confidently operate in a dynamic setting.

What You'll Be Doing

- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities across multiple portfolios.
- Conduct workforce and salary reconciliation projects, including headcount, vacancy and staffing analysis.
- Investigate financial variances and identify underlying drivers and improvement opportunities.
- Develop financial models and perform scenario analysis to support decision-making.
- Prepare meaningful reports, insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Partner with operational leaders to provide financial guidance and support.
- Contribute to project work and provide continuity during periods of increased demand and team absences.
- Assist with a variety of finance activities as business priorities evolve.

What We're Looking For





- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
- Strong Excel modelling and data analysis capabilities.
- Experience partnering with stakeholders and influencing outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Investigative mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a changing environment.
- Experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning and/or Power BI will be highly regarded.
