Krispy Kreme Australia is seeking a hands-on Production Team Leader to manage the early stages of our doughnut-making process. You’ll lead a team in prepping, mixing, and baking to ensure batches are consistent, on time, and up to Krispy Kreme’s high standards.
You’ll work closely with the Production Manager to support daily operations. You’ll develop your team, drive safe and effective operations, and foster a positive, high-performing environment with opportunities for growth.
