Coordinate daily operations and scheduling within the factory to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time

Liaise with project managers, installation teams, and suppliers to ensure all materials and components are available for upcoming builds

Track production progress and troubleshoot delays or issues to maintain workflow continuity

Oversee quality control checks and ensure products meet Allgate’s standards before dispatch

Maintain and organise factory stock levels and reorder supplies when required

Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, including allocation and documentation

Support safety procedures and ensure a clean, compliant working environment

Maintain transparent communication between office staff, technicians, and factory workers

Assist with training and mentoring junior workshop staff as required
