embarc is seeking an experienced Inclusive Employment Team Leader to guide IEA services across the ACT/Queanbeyan on a full time basis. You will lead, coach and develop Employment Mentors, champion a person-centred approach and drive quality outcomes for participants.
Key responsibilities include caseload management, staff training, employer engagement, and maintaining compliance with disability and WHS standards. You will report to leadership while fostering inclusion and continuous improvement.
