Anglicare Victoria is seeking an experienced Team Leader for ACMS/TCP Youth Services in Victoria. You will supervise Case Managers and Youth Workers to deliver DFFH case contracting services, coordinating day-to-day operations for vulnerable families and complex needs.

This role partners with the Program Manager to drive service development, ensure trauma-informed practice, and support staff development across the Western region.
