We're looking for an experienced hospitality leader to help launch and grow BridgeHaus.

As Venue Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the venue, leading the team, driving customer experience, coordinating functions and events, managing venue systems, building community connections and helping establish BridgeHaus as a destination people want to return to.

This is a hands-on role. You'll be leading from the floor, supporting your team during busy service periods, solving problems as they arise and helping shape how the venue operates as it grows.

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience leading hospitality teams

Understands service, people and commercial performance

Can build culture as well as systems

Is calm under pressure and practical in their approach

Enjoys developing staff and helping others succeed

Brings initiative, ideas and a willingness to take ownership

BridgeHaus operates as a seven-day hospitality venue. As a member of the leadership team, you'll be expected to work weekends,



evenings and key trading periods as required.

We're looking for someone who has done more than run shifts. Someone who has built teams, increased customer engagement, driven venue performance, created successful events and contributed to the growth and reputation of a hospitality business.
