Experienced Business Services Tax Manager to join a mid-tier, multi-office practice with over 100 staff. This is a key leadership role working closely with 2 Directors, managing a capable team of 7 staff and servicing a diverse portfolio of quality SME clients.

The client base includes complex groups and larger entities, across a range of industries.

Key responsibilities include:

- Acting as the primary point of contact, providing clear written and verbal advice
- Producing general purpose financial statements, consolidated accounts and cashflows.
- Managing and reviewing financial statements and income tax returns for all entities
- Liaising with the ATO and other statutory authorities
- Managing workflow across the team and ensuring deadlines and billables are met
- Coaching, mentoring and developing staff across multiple levels

YOU

This opportunity will suit a confident Manager who enjoys leading people while remaining technically hands-on.

You will bring:

- CA or CPA qualification
- Several years’ experience in public practice (business services & tax)




- A minimum of 2 years’ experience operating at Manager level
- Strong technical knowledge across accounting, tax and compliance
- Proven experience managing and reviewing work across a broad client base
- Ability to build trusted client relationships
