Marrickville Tavern, part of Sonnel Hospitality, is seeking a Casual Duty Manager to oversee daily pub operations in the Inner West of Sydney. You will lead staff during service, ensure liquor and gaming compliance, and deliver excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality management experience, solid leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage a shift end-to-end with a calm, hands-on approach.
