The Role

An opportunity has become available for a Sales Engineer to manage an established territory across Sydney and regional NSW .

Reporting directly to the NSW Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of an existing customer base while identifying new opportunities across a broad range of industrial sectors.

Responsibilities include:

- Develop new business opportunities across your territory.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Build solid relationships with OEMs, mining, F&B; manufacturing, repair workshops, gearbox and pump Manufacturers.
- Plan and execute regular customer visits.
- Maintain CRM activity and sales pipeline.
- Work closely with internal sales and major account teams.
- Travel throughout Sydney and regional NSW, including occasional overnight trips (approximately every 6–8 weeks).

The Candidate





You will be a proactive sales professional who enjoys getting in front of customers and building long‑term relationships.

Ideally you will possess:

- Experience within industrial manufacturing or mechanical equipment.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong territory management and organisational ability.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Comfortable travelling throughout your territory.

Highly desirable backgrounds include:

- Electric motors
- Power transmission
- Gearboxes
- Bearings
- Pumps
- Mechanical equipment

Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics) or trade qualification (Electrician, Mechanical Fitter, Fitter & Turner or similar) highly desirable.
