We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys building genuine relationships with patients and wants to be part of a supportive, cooperative practice where your skills are valued and your contribution genuinely matters.
This is a permanent weekday position, offering excellent work-life balance with no weekends or shift work. You'll work alongside a friendly and experienced team who support one another, celebrate successes together, and are committed to providing outstanding care to our community.
What you'll be doing
- Childhood Immunisations
- Health Assessments
- Nurse Chronic Disease Management
- Assisting GPs with procedures
- Providing education and support to patients and their families
- Working closely with our doctors and administration team to deliver seamless patient care
- Contributing to continuous quality improvement within the practice
What we're looking for
- Registered Nurse qualification with current APHRA registration
- Minimum of 1 years' experience working as an Registered Nurse in a General Practice
- Able to work independently while collaborating
- Positive and friendly attitude with a passion to provide high-quality, patient-centered care
- Strong clinical and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and other healthcare technologies
- Commitment to ongoing Professional Development
