About the Role

This full‑time (or part‑time) community OT role offers a balanced caseload across aged care and NDIS , giving you the opportunity to support older adults, people with disabilities, and families throughout the region.

Your work will focus on functional independence, safety, capacity‑building, and practical solutions that genuinely improve everyday life. You’ll build strong relationships, deliver person‑centred care, and see the direct impact of your support within the community.

What You’ll Do

- Complete home‑based and community assessments
- Support older adults to remain living independently through assessment, intervention, and preventative care
- Deliver Functional Capacity Assessments and capacity‑building therapy
- Prescribe assistive technology and recommend home modifications
- Provide therapy that enhances daily living, mobility, and confidence
- Collaborate with families, carers, support coordinators, and local health professionals
- Maintain clear, high‑quality documentation and communication
