About the Role

Due to continued growth and success, we’re looking for a confident communicator who loves connecting with people, embraces a challenge, and celebrates every win. You’ll join a tight-knit, high-energy team that backs each other, works hard, and genuinely enjoys what they do.

Maybe you’ve led a retail team, managed a hospitality venue, or thrived in a customer service role. Now you’re ready to take those people skills into a rewarding sales career with real purpose.

Every day you’ll:

- Chat with small business owners and help them hire great people
- Make outbound calls and follow up warm leads
- Pitch our low-cost recruitment service - it’s straightforward, effective, and loved by clients
- Write job ads and shortlist candidates using our in-house recruitment tech
- Contribute ideas, celebrate success, and be part of a passionate and competitive team
