Pentacon is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to lead site operations in the Mackay region. You will work closely with the Project Manager to deliver projects safely, on time and on budget, while supervising crews, subcontractors and plant operators on site.
The role requires a hands-on leader who can drive safety, productivity and quality, maintain robust site documentation, and build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. Local residency in the Mackay region is essential.
