LMY Consulting is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to take ownership of an established portfolio in NSW. You will work with Owners Corporations, committee members, contractors and stakeholders to deliver high-quality strata management services.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in strata, manage 50–100+ lots, hold NSW Strata Managing Agent Licence and Fair Trading Registration, and bring solid communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. Australian working rights are required.
