We are seeking an experienced dedicated and inspiring Early Childhood Teacher to lead our early learning centre and create a positive, nurturing, and high-quality environment for children, families, and educators.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood programs
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and relevant regulations
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, enrolments, and budgeting
- Build robust relationships with children, families, and the community
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Drive continuous improvement and centre performance
About You
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Previous Centre Director exeperience is a must
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within an early childhood setting
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and care
- Current Working With Children Check and First Aid certification
