As the Talent Manager for CEVA Pacific, based at our Truganina head office, you will lead the delivery of talent acquisition, learning and development, employer branding, labour hire partnership management and visa sponsorship programmes across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.
This is a hands‑on leadership role in which you will lead and develop the Pacific Talent team, partner with senior business leaders on critical workforce priorities, and ensure CEVA's talent practices are commercially focused, compliant, efficient and aligned with regional and global frameworks.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Lead, coach and develop the Pacific Talent team, establishing clear priorities, consistent ways of working and reliable service delivery
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies supporting business growth, new customer implementations, senior appointments and critical talent pipelines
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery across CEVA Pacific and personally support strategic, senior and difficult-to-fill appointments
- Guide Pacific learning and development activity in partnership with local HR teams and APAC Learning and Talent Management
- Manage CEVA's labour hire partnership framework, visa sponsorship programme and broader portfolio of talent-related suppliers
- Drive employer branding, recruitment reporting, systems governance, process improvement and compliance across the talent function
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Significant experience in talent acquisition or broader talent management, including experience leading, coaching or guiding team members
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders on recruitment strategies, workforce priorities and complex hiring requirements
- Broad recruitment experience across different functions,
seniority levels and role types, including proactive sourcing and talent pipelining
- Experience managing recruitment suppliers, labour hire providers or other external partnershipsStrong knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices, Australian employment requirements and Tier 1 recruitment or HR systems
- Strong commercial judgement, stakeholder management, data analysis and communication skills, with the ability to influence within a global matrix organisation
Experience within logistics, supply chain, transport, warehousing or another operational environment will be highly regarded, as will exposure to employer branding, immigration sponsorship, learning and development, and contingent workforce governance.
