The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading manufacturing company with robust business growth They are known widely for their positive impact across some of Australia’s most important industries.

Reporting directly into the Finance Manager, this role will manage the payroll process across Australia and New Zealand, as well as providing support to the HR function.You’ll work closely with a supportive and collaborative team, and full training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.

The Challenge
Reporting into the Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include the following:

- Manage payroll processing for 300 employees across Australia and New Zealand
- Calculate and process terminations, bonuses, superannuation and payroll tax.
- Prepare payment summaries, standard reports (e.g., overtime, non-recoverable costs), and ad hoc financial reports.




- Coordinate onboarding and payroll-related queries
- Interpreting and applying awards and contracts.

The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Payroll
- Proven experience interpreting awards/EBAs
- Strong Excel skillset is required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
- Strong organisational, planning and time-management skills
