Audi Alto Castle Hill is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our premium service team.

About the Role

As a Master Technician, you will be a key technical leader within the workshop, responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues while supporting and mentoring fellow technicians.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Audi vehicles
- Identify and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults
- Utilise Audi diagnostic equipment and technical resources to achieve accurate first-time fixes
- Support and mentor technicians and apprentices within the workshop
- Ensure all repairs are completed to Audi manufacturer standards
- Maintain detailed repair documentation and workshop records
- Work closely with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Assist with quality control processes and technical investigations
- Contribute to workshop productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

To be successful in this role,



you will possess:

- Qualified Automotive Technician certification
- Proven experience as a Master Technician, Diagnostic Technician, or Senior Technician
- Solid diagnostic and problem-solving abilities across electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems
- Experience working within a franchise dealership environment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Audi, Volkswagen Group, or European brand experience will be highly regarded
