What You’ll Be Doing

As the key link between our dealership and customers, you’ll play a vital role in providing an Unbelievable Customer Experience by:

- Assisting with parts enquiries and accurate quoting using Toyota systems
- Identifying and upselling parts and accessories during repairs or scheduled servicing
- Preparing clear, itemised service quotes including parts, availability, and estimated delivery times
- Ensuring estimates are complete and accurate, including labour and additional items
- Communicating customer needs to the workshop team to ensure first-time fixes
- Following up on quotes and maximising sales opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and quote outcomes
- Providing friendly and professional support throughout the customer journey—from service booking to post-service follow-up

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a confident, organised individual with a positive attitude and a strong focus on customer service. Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Previous experience in customer service or sales (automotive industry preferred)
- A motivated, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- A professional appearance and friendly disposition
- Computer literacy and a willingness to learn new systems
- Basic automotive knowledge (desirable but not essential)

- Prior experience in automotive Parts and Service
- Demonstrated ability to upsell and drive sales outcomes
