WYNCO recruitment are currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers for multiple long-term subdivision projects across Brisbane’s northern corridor. These roles offer stable, ongoing work with consistent full time hours and the opportunity to build long-term careers within established civil crews.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Assisting on subdivision and general civil construction projects
- Drainage ans pipework (where applicable)
- Spotting machinery and working safely around plant
- Checking basic grades and levels where required
- Using hand and power tools on site
- General site clean-up, mobilisation and demobilisation
- Supporting crews to keep projects running efficiently
- Prospect to operate minor plant (e.g. rollers) where ticketed

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous civil construction labouring experience
- Reliable, hard-working and safety-focused




- Ability to work well within a team
- White Card (essential)
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Tickets highly regarded:
- Mobile Plant tickets eg. Roller
- Confined Space / Working at Heights / Electrical Spotters
- Traffic Control
