You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, delivering exceptional service to their tenants and keeping their property portfolio running like clockwork.

What You Will Do

- Assist with routine inspections and detailed property condition reports.
- Handle maintenance requests and liaise directly with tradespeople
- Act as a professional point of contact for tenants, handling open homes and applications
- Prepare lease agreements, manage data entry, and handle department correspondence
- Provide general administrative backing to ensure the smooth operation of the team

What You Will Do

- Professional presentation with a solid focus on customer service
- A current driver's licence is mandatory
