Cowboys Leagues Club is actively recruiting experienced hospitality leaders to join our team.

With multiple vacancies currently available across our Gaming, Restaurant and broader Club Operations teams, we are seeking passionate and motivated supervisors who are ready to take the next step in their hospitality career.

We have a variety of positions, shifts and hours available, including full-time, part time and relief opportunities, allowing us to match the right candidates with the right roles.

About the Role

As a Hospitality Team Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting the end-to-end operations for a range of shifts at the Club. Depending on your skills and experience, you may supervise teams across gaming, restaurant, bar, reception and general club operations.

You will be responsible for:

Leading, coaching and motivating team members to deliver outstanding customer service.

Supervising restaurant, gaming, bar and operational staff.

Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Supporting training, onboarding and performance development of team members.

Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, safety and compliance.

Assisting with operational reporting, cash handling and shift management activities.

Ensuring compliance with RSA, RSG, WHS and Club policies and procedures.





Working collaboratively with managers and department leaders to continuously improve operations.

What We're Looking For

We welcome applications from candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Gaming Operations
- Food and Beverage Operations
- Duty management or Venue operations (Relief - Expressions of Interest)

Successful applicants will demonstrate:

Strong leadership and communication skills.

The ability to supervise and develop teams across multiple operational areas, including restaurant staff.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Professional presentation and a positive attitude.

Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling)

Food Safety qualifications

RMLV and Approved Manager's Licence (advantageous)

Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality
