You'll be embedded in a large, complex organisation supporting a workforce that is operational, unionised and doesn't slow down. The person we place here will be trusted by frontline leaders, steady under pressure and genuinely comfortable navigating employee and industrial relations.

What You'll Be Doing

Day to day, you'll be the go-to for ER and IR matters across the business - investigations, grievances, disciplinary processes, enterprise agreement interpretation and everything that comes with a workforce of this size and complexity. You'll partner with operational leaders on performance and engagement, support change and restructure activity, and bring a calm, considered hand to situations that others might find difficult.The leaders you support want someone who knows the frameworks,



speaks plainly and can help them make positive decisions in the moment.

About You

You've held a People Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor position in a unionised environment and have genuine working knowledge of enterprise agreements and Fair Work frameworks. You've managed complex ER matters end to end - not just advised on them - and you've done it alongside blue-collar or operational workforces. Transport, logistics, healthcare, manufacturing or utilities would all be relevant backgrounds.
You build credibility quicky. You're pragmatic, composed and at ease in environments that arecomplex in nature and fast paced.

The Detail

Base salary between$130-$150K + Super
Melbourne based.
Hybrid role - 3 days in office, 2 from home
