Position Available

We are currently seeking a:

Fully Qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to secure a full-time position within a professional and supportive workplace.

Your Role Will Include

- Planning and implementing engaging, intentional learning experiences aligned with the Montessori philosophy and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Developing and delivering a high‑quality educational program that supports children’s individual interests, strengths, and developmental needs
- Creating a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observing, documenting,



and assessing children’s learning and development
- Supporting children’s transition to school through meaningful learning experiences
- Maintaining high standards of care, safety, and compliance with the National Quality Framework
- Collaborating with educators and contributing to continuous improvement within the service
- Participating in ongoing professional development and reflective practice

What We’re Looking For

- A recognised Early Childhood Teaching qualification (Bachelor of Education – Early Childhood)
- Current Teacher Accreditation
- Previous experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher in a long day care or preschool setting
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and Working With Children Check
