Food & Beverage Duty Manager - Restaurant

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead and inspire our team at Azure Bar and Grill , the heart of our resort's dining experience.

Rather than running a section, our Duty Managers are hands-on leaders who support, mentor, and coordinate the floor team. You will work closely with section waiters, runners, and hosts to ensure smooth service flow, strong communication, and memorable guest experiences.

This is a full-time, permanent position across a 7-day rotating roster, offering long-term stability, clear structure, and genuine opportunities for growth within a supportive leadership team. We are seeking someone who is looking to commit and grow with us, therefore this role is not suitable for working holiday visa holders, as a longer-term commitment is required.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Duty Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Availability across a rotating roster, including weekends
- Australian permanent work rights with a long-term commitment
- Current NSW RSA and valid driver’s licence
- High standards of presentation, reliability, and professionalism
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
