Wuchopperen Health Service in Cairns seeks a Registered Nurse, Child Health (Immunisation Endorsed) for a full time permanent role based in Cairns. The role focuses on improving health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families through holistic primary health care and immunisation clinics.
You will work with clinical teams to screen and support 0–5 year olds, provide health education to carers and ensure continuity of care, recall and home visits as required.
