Production Team Members - Day Shift and Afternoon Shift

About the Role:

We are seeking skilled and reliable Production Team Members to join our residential production team. We currently have positions Day shift, 6am to 2pm and Afternoon Shift, 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday. Based in Tuggerah, this role is ideal for someone with experience on the tools, candidates new to the industry will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets

we are looking for candidates with the following attributes:

- Experienced in a similar role, or Industry, previous on the tools experience highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Familiarity with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Approaches challenges and obstacles with problem-solving acumen, seeking innovative solutions to complex issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fearless of Challenges: Embraces challenges as opportunities for growth and improvement, demonstrating no hesitation in addressing obstacles head-on.
- Good Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to pass Pre-Employment medical including drug & Alcohol testing
