Rydges Resort Hunter Valley seeks a Conference & Events Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead and supervise F&B; staff for large-scale events and premium service experiences. You will manage front-of-house operations, ensure guest satisfaction across venues, and contribute to the resort’s award-winning hospitality.
You’ll lead a hands-on team in a rapid-paced environment, participate in bump-in/bump-out of major functions, and maintain five-star service under pressure while upholding WHS standards.
