- TRP starting from $239,251including superannuation, commensurate with experience

The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll lead a significant portfolio of business applications that underpin how we deliver services to communities across NSW. You’ll be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of application services across a diverse and evolving technology landscape—overseeing critical enterprise platforms, integrations and digital products that support high-impact programs and services. This is a role where your work has a clear and direct impact on public outcomes.

As Director, Business Application Management Services, you’ll lead a large, multidisciplinary team and partner closely with senior leaders, business stakeholders and industry providers to shape scalable, secure and future-ready solutions. You’ll drive strategy,



uplift capability and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement—ensuring systems remain current, resilient and aligned to changing needs. About you

You’re a senior leader who wants to shape something meaningful. You bring deep experience leading large, complex business application environments, with a proven track record delivering at scale across diverse technology landscapes. Whether from government or private sector, you’re comfortable navigating complexity—leading geographically dispersed teams, balancing competing priorities, and delivering secure, customer-focused digital outcomes that make a real difference.

You lead through people and purpose. You build high-performing, inclusive teams where individuals feel valued, supported and able to do their best work. You’re commercially and technically astute, with experience across the full application lifecycle—from development and integration through to vendor management and service optimisation. You influence at the executive level,



bring clarity to complexity, and continuously drive improvement, innovation and alignment to organisational priorities.
