About the Role

As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our security operations,



ensuring efficient alarm response and exceptional customer service. Working with a high-performing team, you’ll play a critical role in safeguarding homes, businesses, and government assets across the country.

What You’ll Bring:

- Experience in a Security & Control Room or Call Centre workplace
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Tech-savvy, with strong computer literacy and typing skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

What’s Required:

- A current SA Security 1E License (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
