A national distribution company with over 20 years in the commercial vehicle hardware industry is seeking a motivated Warehouse Picker and Packer.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, this is a hands‑on, rotational warehouse position focused on picking, packing and dispatching truck, bus and 4x4 hardware and suspension components. You’ll learn all warehouse systems and procedures, including computer processes, while supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
Accurate and timely picking and packing of orders
Receiving and unpacking containers
Processing stock transfers and branch allocations
Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock
Consolidating and maintaining stock levels
Inspecting inventory for damage or faults
Maintaining a clean, organised warehouse
Participating in stocktakes
Ensuring a high level of customer service
Learning all warehouse systems, including computer processes
What You’ll Need
Senior Certificate (Year 12 or equivalent)
Previous warehouse experience (automotive/mechanical parts ideal)
Strong communication skills and valuable English
A can‑do attitude with initiative and problem‑solving ability
