Aurizon is seeking a Safety Partner to advise and coach leaders and frontline teams across the Central Queensland Coal Network. You will embed a proactive safety culture, support action plans and contribute to improvement initiatives in a high-risk setting.

You will report to the Principal Safety Partner and work hands-on to monitor performance, facilitate governance activities, and ensure compliance with WHS legislation and policies.
