JOB VACANCY: Livestock Operator
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Livestock Truck Driver to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the safe, humane, and timely transport of livestock.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Transport livestock safely and in compliance with animal welfare standards
- Load and unload livestock calmly and correctly
- Complete delivery paperwork and trip records accurately
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical issues
- Follow all road safety and biosecurity regulations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid truck driver’s licence (MC class)
- Experience handling and transporting livestock preferred
- Strong understanding of animal welfare practices
- Positive time management and communication skills
