Beare Flooring is one of Australia's fastest-growing flooring companies, with a supportive team and modern facilities. We're looking for a reliable and motivated MR Truck Driver & Warehouse Assistant to join our NSW Head Office in Cromer.
This is a hands-on role combining truck driving with light warehouse duties. Every day is different, with deliveries across Sydney, Newcastle and the ACT, along with assisting our warehouse team when you're not on the road.
What You'll Be Doing
- Loading and unloading flooring products
- Driving our MR truck between Sydney, Newcastle and the ACT
- Completing occasional deliveries directly to customer sites
- Assisting with light warehouse duties, including receiving stock and preparing orders
- Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time
- Maintaining a clean and organised vehicle and work area
What You'll Need
- Current MR (Medium Rigid)
Truck Licence
- A good driving record
- Physically fit and able to safely load and unload flooring products
- A reliable, positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Forklift licence is an advantage, but not essential
