About the role

We know the first weeks and months on the frontline as a fully qualified nurse can be an incredibly exciting but daunting experience. That's why here at Lingard, we will be with you every step of the way. Our caring team of highly experienced clinical professionals will guide, support and teach you as you grow in knowledge and confidence as a Registered Nurse.

An exciting opportunity exists to join the team at Lingard Private Hospital as a member of our New Graduate Program. We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic and compassionate graduate Registered and Enrolled nurses to commence in February 2027.

We can offer you the following:

2 x 6 month rotations

A structured rotation including choice of: surgical, rehabilitation, cardiology (Coronary Care Unit/Cardiac Cath Lab)





Inspirational leadership with preceptorship and dedicated New Grad Coordinator

Demonstrate clinical knowledge and clinical problem solving abilities

Demonstrate ability to work within a team

Exhibit understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements of the role

Demonstrate understanding of the role in applying continuous improvement to quality and safety

Demonstrate application and understanding of Healthe Care core values
