Austcorp Executive is seeking a Home Care Coordinator to support the aged care team in Newcastle, NSW. You will plan, coordinate and monitor care and support services for clients, working closely with clients, families and support staff to ensure compassionate and productive delivery of services.
The role is a 4–6 week temporary contract, full-time 38 hours per week, with above award pay and a pool car for use during work hours. A supportive and collaborative team environment is offered.
