Coolway Trans | Glendenning, NSW | Full time, permanent | Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Coolway Trans is a family-owned, 100% asset-based temperature-controlled carrier operating nationally. We're looking for a Transport Administrator to join our Glendenning office on afternoon shift.
Straightforward role, busy office, good people. You'll work closely with the Depot Manager / Shift Supervisor and keep the paperwork side of the operation running clean.
What you'll be doing
- Linehaul paperwork and driver debriefs
- Local pick-up paperwork
- Checking PODs against driver runsheets
- Customer service — phone and email enquiries
- Supporting the Depot Manager/Shift Supervisor with general office duties
What you'll need
- Previous transport industry experience (essential)
- Positive attention to detail — paperwork needs to be right
- Comfortable working afternoon shift
