About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Storeperson to join our team at our Lidcombe facility. This is a practical role combining day-to-day warehouse operations with light manufacturing and assembly work.

You will help keep the warehouse running smoothly by receiving and organising stock, picking and packing orders, maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring goods are dispatched correctly and on time. You will also work closely with colleagues locally and with our UK head office to support efficient workflows.

This is not a people-management role. It would suit someone who enjoys being on the floor, staying busy, working with a high level of autonomy and taking ownership of their work.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Receiving incoming stock and checking that it is accurate and in good condition.
- Organising and storing stock safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and on time, both nationally and internationally.
- Using scanners, an order picker (WAV) and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and update stock and order information.
- Supporting inventory control, stock counts and system updates.
- Completing light manufacturing and assembly work using equipment such as a laser, drop drill and wire-bending machine.




- Coordinating daily workflow and prioritising tasks to keep operations running efficiently.
- Working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Accounts, Production and Procurement teams, both locally and with the UK head office.
- Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and workplace safety.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, organised and well maintained.
- Identifying operational issues and contributing ideas for process improvements.

What You’ll Need

- Previous warehouse or storeperson experience is essential.
- A sound understanding of warehouse processes, including receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory control.
- Good awareness of OH&S;/WHS practices and a commitment to safe working.
- Confidence using computers, scanners and warehouse software; Sage or WMS experience is advantageous, although training will be provided.
- A willingness to learn new tasks, equipment and manufacturing processes.
- A strong work ethic, reliability and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to organise and prioritise your work, meet deadlines and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence using power tools and standard warehouse equipment.
- A forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.

This is a warehouse-based role involving manual handling, standard warehouse equipment and light manufacturing machinery. You will work in a fast-paced, practical environment where variety, accuracy and teamwork are important.
