We’re looking for a customer-focused Guest Servies Agent to join our friendly and professional team.

Your Responsibilities

- Greet, check-in and check-out guests with genuine warmth and efficiency
- Handle guest enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Process daily transactions and balance shifts accurately
- Issue room keys while maintaining guest privacy and security
- Deliver personalised recommendations for dining, shopping and local attractions
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the front desk
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure exceptional guest service
- Complete general administrative and hotel-related duties
