THE OPPORTUNITY

Working closely with the Director, you will assist across:

- Buyer management and consistent database follow-up
- Prospecting and pipeline development
- Open homes and private inspections
- Vendor communication and campaign updates
- Appraisal preparation and market research
- Listing and sales campaign coordination
- Building relationships with local owners and buyers
- Supporting continued business growth across the Lower North Shore
- Developing your own profile, network and future pipeline

ABOUT YOU

You will have a minimum of 12 months’ experience in residential real estate sales , ideally as a Sales Associate.

You will be:

- Confident speaking with buyers, vendors and prospective clients
- Comfortable prospecting and consistently following up leads
- Highly organised and capable of managing a fast-moving workload
- Motivated by performance, progression and earning potential
- Professional, energetic and genuinely passionate about real estate
- Coachable and eager to learn from a proven high-performing agent
- Ready to take greater ownership of your development
- Serious about building a successful long-term career in sales

A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, driver’s licence and reliable car will be required.
