Casual All-rounder Warehouse Operator (forklift & high reach driving role)

We are seeking a Casual All-rounder Warehouse Operator to join Vistaprint's Manufacturing Plant in Derrimut, VIC. This is a casual position with requirement on ongoing hours commitment for 5 days a week whilst contributing to our fast-paced warehousing operations. You will be responsible for a range of warehouse duties including forklift and high-reach equipment operation, stock management, order picking and dispatch activities. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time, making it a vital part of our supply chain success. The position is based on-site at our Derrimut facility.

What you'll be doing

Operating forklifts and high-reach equipment safely and efficiently to move, stack and retrieve goods throughout the warehouse

Performing stock receiving and putaway activities, ensuring accurate placement and organisation of inventory

Preparing orders for dispatch according to specified instructions

Loading and unloading delivery vehicles in a timely manner

Maintaining warehouse cleanliness, organisation and compliance with health and safety standards

Operating warehouse management systems and scanning equipment to track stock movements

Supporting team members and assisting with ad-hoc warehouse tasks as required

Following all safety protocols and reporting any hazards or incidents immediately

What we're looking for

Must have Current forklift license

Must have proven experience driving High-reach

Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution environment

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced,



team-oriented environment

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks regularly

Reliability and commitment to maintaining health and safety standards

Familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageous

Flexibility to work shifts (morning, arvos &/or night) as required by business needs
