· Supportive, values-driven workplace culture · Be part of Australia's leading aluminium manufacturer and distributor About the Role As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be responsible for: · Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently · Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email · Providing quotes, product information, lead times and order updates · Working closely with the Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure customer expectations are met · Coordinating customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly · Processing credit claims in line with company policy · Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation · Building strong relationships with customers through outstanding service · Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting a positive team workplace About You We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You'll ideally have: · Previous experience in customer service, administration or internal sales · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Previous experience in the Aluminium Door
