We are seeking a reliable and hands‑on Maintenance Facilities Officer to help keep our campuses running smoothly by creating a safe, welcoming and well‑maintained environment for our students.

More about the role:

General maintenance - complete day‑to‑day repairs, basic carpentry, painting, minor plumbing and general upkeep.

Facilities inspections - carry out regular checks of buildings, classrooms, equipment and outdoor areas.

Contractor support - assist with scheduling and supervising external trades and service providers.

Safety & compliance- maintain logs, support WHS processes and ensure facilities meet regulatory standards.

Event setup - prepare spaces for school events, assemblies and community activities.

Grounds care - support gardening, outdoor maintenance and general presentation of the campus.





Responsive support - action maintenance requests promptly and assist with urgent repairs.

About you:

Practical, proactive and able to troubleshoot issues independently

Comfortable working in a school environment

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

Experience in maintenance, trades or facilities roles

Commitment to safety, compliance and high‑quality work

Trade certificate preferred
