Mercure Townsville is seeking a Celebrations Experience Executive to guide couples and hosts from their first inquiry through to confirmed bookings at our resort-style venue. You'll deliver personalised experiences, coordinate proposals, contracts and timelines, and ensure every interaction reflects our warm hospitality.
Based in Townsville, you’ll conduct venue tours, build solid client relationships, and collaborate with the Conference & Events Operations Manager to ensure flawless delivery
