Hilton Cairns is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Manager to lead a small team responsible for the operation and upkeep of an upscale hotel. You will drive maintenance scheduling, safety compliance, and capital budgeting to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
You will coordinate with other departments, manage contractor work, and uphold WHS standards while delivering sustainable programs across the property. A degree in Engineering or trade background is preferred.
