Who We're Looking For

We are hiring for our Eastgardens and Macquarie locations — and we are only looking for the top 1% of this industry . The therapists who are hungry, coachable and quietly frustrated that their current clinic can't keep up with them.

Industry experience is a must. You might be:

- A Dermal or Beauty Therapist with proven industry experience who feels under‑challenged and is ready to master advanced, medical‑grade skin correction




- A Registered Nurse wanting to expand into laser and advanced skin modalities — learning to incorporate aesthetics into a true dermal scope, backed by structured mentorship, not left to figure it out alone
- A TAE‑qualified Trainer ready to step into our growing education division and shape the next generation of skin professionals

What Your Development Looks Like

At SDL, training is structured, hands‑on and mentorship‑led. You will be supported to:

- Upskill on Category 4 lasers — with all laser safety certification signed off in‑house
- Deliver advanced medical‑grade treatments including Thermage, AviClear, DermaV, Excel V+, LaseMD, CO2, PicoSure Pro, Q‑switch, hair restoration and corrective peels
- Diagnose and design comprehensive skin correction pathways for acne, rosacea, pigmentation, scarring and inflammatory skin disorders
- Consult with authority and confidence
- Develop leadership, communication and business acumen




- Step into education and training pathways as SDL expands into the education scope

This is not a "shadow and hope" environment. It is guided progression with high standards and real development.
