Flexographic Slitter Rewinder & Printer Assistant Needed for immediate start.

Night Shift | Sunday to Thursday | 10:00pm - 6:00am

$40+ per hour (depending on skillset and experience)

Are you looking to build a long-term career in the printing and packaging industry? We are seeking reliable and motivated Flexographic Assistant/Slitter Rewinder Operator and a Printer Assistant to join a growing manufacturing team based in Pemulwuy.

Previous flexographic printing or slitter rewinder experience is highly regarded; however, full training will be provided on day shift for candidates with the right attitude, manufacturing background, and willingness to learn.

About the Role

- Assisting with the operation of flexographic printing and slitter rewinder machinery
- Machine setup and changeovers
- Monitoring production runs and quality standards
- Preparing materials and loading machinery
- Completing production paperwork and records
- Identifying and reporting machine or quality issues




- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work environment

About You

- Previous manufacturing or production experience would be ideal
- Experience in printing, packaging, converting or related industries (advantageous)
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
- Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- A strong work ethic and reliability
- The ability to work permanent night shift
- The ability to work well within a team environment
- A solid focus on workplace safety
